Payments

1. All prices quoted by LUXX Events Ltd with a view to undertaking a contract, are final.

2. The Client agrees to pay LUXX Events Ltd a non-refundable deposit of £50.00, no later than 14 days after the initial submitting of the booking form, this will be taken off the overall total cost. (i). LUXX Events Ltd has the right to cancel or refuse a client access to any events, and should LUXX Events Ltd not receive the booking form or written confirmation, LUXX Events Ltd has the right to cancel or amend at our discretion. (ii) Cancellation Terms, Standard cancellation terms are as follows and will apply unless otherwise stated by LUXX Events Ltd. Terms of non- payment prior to event

• 3 weeks prior to event 0%

• 1 week prior to event 20%

• 48 Hours prior to event 50%

• 24 Hours prior to event 75%
